At Mepanalysis.in, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please read our refund policy carefully before making a payment.
1. Digital Products (Excel Sheets, PDF Templates, Downloadable Tools)
Since these are digital products delivered instantly upon purchase, all sales are final and non-refundable once the file has been downloaded or accessed.
2. Pro Subscription
- You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Cancellation stops future billing but does not refund the current billing period.
- If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from using the Pro features you paid for, contact us within 7 days of purchase at ee.kranti@gmail.com, and we will review your case for a possible refund or credit.
3. Incorrect or Duplicate Charges
If you were charged incorrectly or more than once due to a technical error, contact us within 7 days with your payment reference number, and we will issue a full refund for the duplicate/incorrect charge.
4. Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method via Razorpay within 5-7 business days.
